On this table, you can specify the holidays on which you do not want to assess late charges. Late charge methods are added and maintained at System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables - Late Charge Methods, and assigned to community or funding program groups on the Community Detail > Rent tab.
To prevent a late charge from being assessed when the grace period expires on a holiday, you also have to set the assessment to not occur on weekends. To prevent the late charge cycle from running on weekends, contact Bostonpost Client Support for assistance.
After you have set your late charge cycle to not run on weekends, you can then specify the holidays on which you do not want to assess late charges.
Note
The dates entered on this lookup table for each holiday do not roll forward for the next year. If you do not want to assess late charges on the same holidays in the following year, you must enter the holidays for that year as well.
