Send Address Record

This task is used to build and transmit a single MAT15 Address Record to HUD.

Prerequisites:

• Be logged in with the following role: Compliance-agency transmission

Household Detail Transaction Tab Tasks Send Address Record

or

Unit Detail Compliance/Rent/Transaction History Tasks Send Address Record

or

Occupancy and Compliance   TRACS HAP Requests Tasks Send Address Record

To send a MAT15 Address Record, follow these steps:

1. View the transmission information, if accessing through Household or Unit Detail, and then click Next.

 or

2. Use the drop-down menu to select the Contract and enter a Voucher Date, if accessing through Occupancy and Compliance. Select all units that you want to include. Click Next.

3. Select the MAT15 file, and then click Next.

4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to save the HAP request.

5. Select the TRACS files to be transmitted, and then click Next.

6. View the confirmed transmission, and then click Finished.
