Remove Business Contact

You can use this task to remove a contact from a business.

To remove a business contact, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Business Detail > Contacts.

2.         On the Contacts tab, highlight the contact that you want to remove.

3.         Go to Tasks > Remove Business Contact.

4.         A message appears to confirm that you want to remove the contact. To confirm the removal, click OK.

Note

This task removes the contact from the business, but does not delete the person from the application. The record for the person stays in the system, and all address and phone information is retained. 

If the contact was removed in error, you can use the Add New Business Contact task to add the contact again.
