Occupancy and Compliance > LIHTC > Build LIHTC File

When a user completes the Build LIHTC File task for a household whose ethnicity is not reported, the household's ethnicity is now reported as Missing, with the word appearing in lowercase letters. Previously, in this scenario, the household's ethnicity was listed as MISSING, with the word appearing entirely in uppercase letters, which caused an error when transmitting the file.

Household Detail > Accounting > Receivables

When a household has a scheduled receivable that expires when their unit transfer is confirmed, the system now creates the correct billing correction or an actual transfer offset. In this scenario, the correct offsets are now displayed in Household Detail > Accounting > Receivables, and the open items in the Open Items area now match the items in the Event History area of this tab. Previously, the items in these areas did not match.

The TCAC number in the Community Nbr field in Community Detail > Program Info for the applicable funding program is now displayed and reported on the California (CA) Self TIC.

Household Detail > Transactions Tab

The following changes have been made to the California (CA) Self TIC to maintain compliance:

▪            On page 1, the Rent section title has been removed.

▪            On page 1 and 2, the date on the footer has been updated to May 2018.

▪            On the Supplemental Information Form on page 3, the phrasing and terminology used for race codes and disability statuses have been updated.
