Enhancements

New Fields on the Waitlist Activity Report

The following new fields have been added to the Waitlist Activity report. When the report is run as a configurable report, users can now select these fields to view on the report:

            Address—The address related to the application

            Household ID—The unique ID of the household

            Lottery Number—The unique waitlist lottery ID number for the application

            Ethnicity—The ethnicity of the head of household

            Income Level—The income level of the household

Additionally, the records on the Waitlist Activity report can now be sorted by lottery number when the report is run normally.

The South Dakota (SD) TIC has been adjusted so that all of the information on page three is printed properly. Previously, users would be able to view page three of the TIC on the Household Transactions tab, but the entire page would not print on the physical copy.

Households counted in a USDA/Tax Credit program who receive a subsidy will no longer have their tenant rent capped at the LIHTC Maximum Allowable Rent.  Conversely, the tenant portion will continue to be capped at the LIHTC Maximum Allowable Rent with any applicable overage for households counted in a USDA/Tax Credit program that are not receiving RD subsidy.

Users can now access the parameters window for the Rental Income Verification Worksheet report. Previously, the parameters initially would not display, and clicking the Change button would result in an error.

When a household has a repayment agreement adjustment item that has previously been included on a HAP, and the client uses the Change Terms for Selected Note task for the household, the system no longer creates new HAP eligible items, as this task is only intended to update the balance schedule.

When a user deletes a certification for a household that has an active repayment agreement, then the existing repayment agreements that were previously included on a HAP will no longer be available to be included on future HAPs.

When building a HAP request, the HAP summary sheet that prints no longer doubles the amount of the attached repayment agreement items in Line E of the form. The amount listed in Line E now matches the total repayment agreement reported in Part 6 of the HAP request.

System Administration > Export Setup

As requested by CoreLogic, the following changes have been made to the FADV SafeRent export type:

·         The export name has been changed from “FADV SafeRent” to “CoreLogic.”

·         When using this export type, users can no longer access the Export User Name and Export Password fields.

After a recent system upgrade, Web Tenant Compliance (WTC), formerly WCMS, now stipulates that all XML files transmitted to Housing Development Software (HDS) should be NAHMA Version 3.1 or 4.0. Bostonpost now issues these XML files in accordance with the enhanced standards.

The formatting of the Iowa (IA) TIC has been updated to match the formatting of the state-issued TIC.

·         The correct title, “Tenant Income Certification,” now appears on the header.

·         The Imputed Asset Income information is spaced correctly.

·         The blocks for Imputed Income, Total Income from Assets, and Total Annual Household Income are formatted uniformly.

·         Part V, Total Annual Household Income from All Sources no longer appears in a block.

HAP payment batches with amounts totaling more than $999,999.99 can now be processed without error.
