When reconciling or building a HAP, the system now calculates a household's regular assistance based on the latest certification previously transmitted on a HAP. Previously, in some situations, the system would calculate a household's regular assistance based on an older certification transmitted on a HAP, causing the regular assistance to be incorrect. |
