Configurable Reporting (Reports > Configurable Reporting)

The newest feature available on Bostonpost Property Manager is Configuring Reports, which allows users to customize individual reports by modifying and configuring the columns, headers, and footers. Maintain security access to the Configurable Reporting tool via the System Administration > Define Access Tab. Only users with roles which have the Access Level of “Full Access” will be able to use the Configurable Reporting tool.

Occupancy & Compliance Detail > Annual Recertification Tab

Households that are terminated from the Section 236 program in a 236/Tax Credit Program Group will no longer be removed from the annual Tax Credit Re-certification list, since they were only terminated from the 236 part of the Group.

Unit Detail > Gross Potential Activity Tab

An issue has been corrected that was causing a vacancy schedule to be created when a vacant, offline unit had a Rent Change certified. Vacancy should not be charged for vacant, offline units. Now, when a unit is both vacant and offline, the unit does not charge vacancy.

The Illinois TIC form has been updated for compliance.

HOME income and Rent Limits for 2015 have been updated to maintain compliance with new standards.
