New Field on the Household Member Notes Report
When running the Household Member Notes report as a configurable report, users can now select to view the Rent Again? field on the report. This field displays either Yes or No, depending on whether the site would rent to a vacated household again. This information is specified when completing the household's move-out during the Confirm Move-Out task.
New Fields on Several Work Order Reports
When running work order reports as configurable reports, users can now select to view the last name, first name, and email address for the household for which the work order was created.
The new fields are available when running the following work order reports:
▪ Work Order report (w/ Time & Type Tracking)
▪ Work Order report (w/ Time Tracking)
▪ Work Order report (w/o Time Tracking)
Note
If the work order is not related to a household, and thus does not have a household name or email address associated, these fields do not display any information.

When a household moves from one HUD unit to another HUD unit with a different contract, the system now processes the certifications for a move-out of the old unit and a move-in to the new unit. Previously, in this situation, the system would change the certification type to a unit transfer. |
