New Installer and Updated Transmission Protocols for HUD Compliance
On April 20, 2018, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that they would be updating the software on which the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) is run. This change is scheduled to go into effect on May 11, 2018. As a result, the transmission protocols in Bostonpost Property Manager have also been updated so that users can continue to transmit their relevant household data from Bostonpost to HUD through TRACS.
With this change, the updated Bostonpost Property Manager installer for the 9.2.49 version is now available for download on the Bostonpost Property Manager Updates website. This installer must be run on every workstation on which Bostonpost is used. For additional information about the installer, refer to the Bostonpost Property Manager Version 9.2.49 Installer Instructions document, which is available on the myMRI Client Portal.
