Updated HUD Resident's Rights and Responsibilities Document
The updated version of the HUD Resident’s Rights and Responsibilities brochure has been added to Bostonpost Property Manager. This update only applies to the BP Master document. Users can determine if the BP Master document is in use by going to System Administration > Maintain Documents and searching for the HUD Resident’s Rights and Responsibilities document. On the Document Detail tab, “BP Master” is appended to the end of the document name if the BP Master document is in use.
Note
Clients who are not using the BP Master document can access the new version from HUD and manually update the document in Bostonpost. The updated version can be accessed by clicking here.

In NAHMA versions 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0, when a user completes the Build LIHTC File task for a household at a community that is set up for a tax credit funding program, the correct code value for the funding program is now displayed in the <SourcesOfFederalRentAssistance> field on the resulting XML file. |
