Enhancements

New Fields for Configurable Reporting (Reports > Configurable Reporting)

The following new fields have been added to the Configurable Reporting tool for use with the Waitlist Active Report:

▪ Household Net Income—Now displays the net income of the household.

▪ Number of People in the Household—Now displays the number of people in the Household.

84051	Household Detail > Accounting > Promissory Notes Tab > Tasks	When a Repayment Agreement has been created, and at least one payment received toward it, the “Maintain Selected Promissory Note” task will no longer be available. Instead, the “Change Terms For Selected Promissory Note” will be available for use.
84195	Household Detail > Transactions Tab	The Michigan TIC no longer combines the middle initial with the last name of a household.
85985	Household Detail > Transactions Tab	The Michigan TIC has been updated to maintain compliance.
89566	Household Detail > Transactions Tab	When performing a Swap Counted Group task placing a household from a Section 8 funding program to enrolling them in a Tax Credit funding program, the Michigan TIC now appears as an Initial Certification for the Tax Credit program.
84866	Occupancy & Compliance > TRACS	An error has been corrected within the MAT Record in Section 1 and Section 5 of the 202D HAP Request. Previously, if an Interim Recert and a Unit Transfer were submitted for one household on the same HAP Request, incorrect information would be reported on the HAP causing TRACs errors.
90342	Household Detail > Transactions Tab	When performing a Swap Counted Group task placing a household from a Section 8 funding program to enrolling them in a Tax Credit funding program, the Alaska TIC now appears as an Initial Certification for the Tax Credit program.
