When a user transfers a HUD/Tax Credit tenant from a unit to another unit in a different tax credit BIN, the system converts the Move-Out/Move-In to a Unit Transfer for transmission to HUD. That Unit Transfer now correctly populates the Previous Unit Number on the MAT Record. Previously, the system would not recognize the Previous Unit Number within the MAT file, causing the certificate error in TRACS. |
