When a general ledger batch is exported to an accounting software after a payment is made towards a note payable (HUD repayment agreement), the batch is now balanced in both cash basis and accrual basis. Previously, the payment would be debited to the correct account without an associated credit, which resulted in an unbalanced batch.

Repayment agreements with a future payment start date are now available to be included on the HAP in the Build New HAP Request task.

The adjustment amount on Part 3 of a HAP for a HUD PRAC household is now correctly populated based on the household's move-in date if a retroactive move-in is reported with a negative subsidy. Previously, the adjustment amount was correct on the summary page but not on Part 3.

When a household is counted in multiple special needs programs and a double letter option is applicable, both letters are now correctly being populated in the Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS).
