New and Updated HUD Forms
The following BP Master HUD forms have been updated to maintain compliance:

In addition, the forms below have been added to Bostonpost Property Manager as BP Master documents:

▪ HUD 52652 - FSS Escrow Account Credit Worksheet

The new documents, along with any BP Master documents that have been manually removed from the database's document library, will appear in a new folder called "New BP Master Docs".
New Field on the Move-In Report
When the Move-In report is run as a configurable report, users can now select to view phone numbers and email addresses.
New Field on the Prospect Tracking Report and Prospect Analysis Report
When the Prospect Tracking report and Prospect Analysis report are run as configurable reports, users can now select to view information entered in the First Contact Type field for a prospect on the Guest Card tab.
New Field on the Waitlist Activity Report
A new field displaying pre-occupancy codes has been added to the Waitlist Activity report. This new field is available when running the Waitlist Activity report as a configurable report, and it allows users to track any applicants who do not yet occupy a unit.
New Fields on the Active Resident Report
When the Active Resident report is run as a configurable report, users can now select new fields which will display the address of the building, city, state, and zip code.

If an income-based optional program has a minimum or maximum count set, the system now enforces the set aside requirements properly. Previously, the system would not honor the occupancy counts for the optional funding program. The ineligible layer related to income-based optional programs will no longer be considered when enforcing compliance needs for set asides. Previously, the ineligible layer would be considered and, if no minimums or maximums were set, would allow for ineligible households to be moved in even if a need existed for qualified households. |

When a user processes a mid-month gross rent change to go into effect on a future date for a household with utility reimbursements, the system now creates a billing correction for the prorated difference. When a community has a tax credit program and an additional funding program, the Community Fact Sheet report now displays the lowest maximum rent amount, regardless of the funding program. Previously, the report would display the rate for the tax credit program, even if the maximum rent for the other program was lower. |
