Bostonpost now uses the original initial certification date as the move-in date when building a Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS) export file for a household that had been counted in a tax credit program since its initial occupancy. Additionally, the tax credit enrollment date is now used for households that are counted in a non-tax credit program. |
