New Fields on the Vendor List for Goods and Services Report

 

When running the Vendor List for Goods and Services report as a configurable report, users can now select to view the following fields, which also appear on the Vendor Locations tab:

         1099 Required?—Indicates whether the vendor requires a 1099 form.

         Liability Ins. Exp.—Indicates when the vendor's liability insurance expires.

         Worker's Comp Ins. Exp.—Indicates when the vendor's workers' compensation insurance expires.

Unit Detail > General Tab > Tasks > Place Unit Online

When placing a unit online using the Place Unit Online task, the system now creates a vacancy schedule and bills vacancy when the unit is located at a rent up property. After completing the Place Unit Online task, the vacancy schedule now appears on the Gross Potential Activity tab.

After a repayment agreement is rejected during a HAP reconciliation, users no longer receive an error message when attempting to reverse receivable adjustments, and the repayment agreement is now removed from the system.

When building a HAP request for a community using the Build New HAP Request task, payments that had been recorded using the Record an Owner/Agent Payment task remain available to attach to the HAP request, but the cost retained amount no longer equals the full value of the payment.

If the Swap Counted Group task is used to swap a household out of a program within a group, the system no longer marks the household as ineligible for programs that are not part of the swap.

Household Detail > General Tab > Tasks > Confirm Move-Out

Users can now complete the Confirm Move-Out task for households that have active repayment agreements. Previously, when a household had an active repayment agreement, users would receive an error message and would be unable to complete the move-out.
