The following information details changes made in the current version of Bostonpost Property Manager in preparation for enhancements and features for future versions.
Updated Messaging for Swap Counted Group Task
After a user changes the funding programs for a household by completing the Swap Counted Group task, if the change is effective on the same date as the household's annual recertification, the user now receives a message informing them that the annual recertification is due on the same date and that the system will create an additional annual recertification for the household's new funding program.
Note
This change was developed as a response to incident report (IR) 68644. In this IR, if a user completes the Swap Counted Group task for a household and selects an effective date that matches the household's next recertification date, the system does not update the household's next recertification date after the task is completed.
This IR will be fixed in a forthcoming version of Bostonpost Property Manager.
