Changes for Future Enhancements

The following information details changes made in the current version of Bostonpost in preparation for enhancements and features planned for future versions. Unless otherwise noted, the changes below do not affect the user interface or existing processes.

ResidentCheck Integration

An integration with ResidentCheck is now in beta-testing. Once testing is complete, the full ResidentCheck integration will be available in a future release. When ResidentCheck is integrated, for communities with active waitlists, users will be able to export information about the households and occupants on the waitlist, and then will be able to transmit this information to ResidentCheck, which offers credit screening and background checks.

By using ResidentCheck to process credit screening and background checks, Bostonpost users will be able to obtain valuable information regarding their prospects. With this information, ownership and property managers can make crucial decisions to maximize the performance of their properties.

For additional information about ResidentCheck, contact your MRI Bostonpost account executive.
