When completing the Swap Counted Group task for a household, the system prevents households from being swapped into tax credit programs if the household's income exceeds the limit for the funding program.

The 2018 HUD and MTSP Income Limits have been updated to maintain compliance.

Note

After this Critical Maintenance Update (CMU) is deployed to the database, MRI Software recommends reviewing the updated income limits for the states and regions in which the communities are located, as well as for any special indicators, such as the National Non-Metropolitan Income Limits (NNMIL) and the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) programs.
