The system no longer incorrectly caps a household’s rent amount to the maximum allowable tax credit amount if the household has a subsidy in the Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) program.

Note

This IR was initially corrected in the planned maintenance update (PMU) on March 21. However, the fix was reverted in the March 29 critical maintenance update (CMU). In this release, a permanent fix has been deployed.

Occupancy and Compliance Detail > TRACS

When processing a HAP for a community that includes a household with an unsigned termination certification, subsidy adjustments related to the termination are no longer created on the adjustments page in Part 3 of the 52670-A form of the HAP. In this scenario, the adjustments are created when the termination has been confirmed and the signed dates have been entered.

When confirming a transfer for a household that has interest recorded on their deposit, the user no longer receives an error message. In this scenario, the transfer is now successfully completed, and the correct transactions, deposits, and events are recorded.

When creating a certification for a household that is participating in a tax credit program whose rent is equal to or greater than the LIHTC maximum allowable rent amount, the household’s rent is now calculated correctly on the certification.

Note

This IR was initially corrected in the critical maintenance update (CMU) on March 29 by reverting a previous update that had been made to Bostonpost Property Manager. In this release, a permanent fix has been deployed.
