Eviction Type Tracking (Reports)
A Legal Transaction Sub-Type field has been added to the Eviction History Report, allowing users to track the type of eviction.
HAP Reconciliation Worksheet (Occupancy & Compliance > TRACS > HAP Request Tab > Tasks > Print Voucher Forms for Selected Item)
A HAP Reconciliation Worksheet has been added to allow users to compare information on active HAP Requests to approved HAP Requests that have been received via TRACS Responses.

Because of the corrected issue reported in IR 95567, some tax credit clients who built certifications with an effective date on or after 3/28/2016 between the March 31, 2016 Planned Maintenance Update (PMU) and the April 12, 2016 CMU will need to rebuild the certifications after the completion of the April 12, 2016 CMU. A list of counties and income limit regions potentially affected by the correction can be found here. If your community is located within any of these listed regions, you should rebuild any certification with an effective date after 3/28/2016 to make sure the correct income limits are used.
