You can use this task to change the unit class to which the selected unit is assigned or to assign unit features to the unit. To complete this task, unit classes and unit features must have been created for the community on the Community Detail > Facilities tab.
To maintain unit definitions, follow these steps:
1. Go to Unit Detail > General Tab.
2. Select the unit for which you want to change the class.
3. Go to Tasks > Maintain Unit Definition.
4. In the Unit Class field, select the new unit class.

In the Unit Featrues area, select or clear the unit features to specify which unit features are assigned to the unit.
5. When you are finished maintaining the unit's definition, click Finished.

Once you have defined the unit definitions for all units of the community, you can update the rent plan on Community Detail > Rent.
