Maintain Income Layers

Use this task to maintain income layers for the selected contract.  The user that last updated the layer, and the timestamp from when it was updated are displayed in the wizard.

To complete task:

1. Select the Contract from the drop down list.

2. Select/Deselect the income layers to be included for the selected contract

3. Set the Mins and Maxs for each selected income layer.

   • When compliance set asides are maintained by Unit Class (Maintain Unit Class Counts), you cannot change your Mins and Maxs for an income layer with this task.

4. Set the Goals for each selected income layer.

   • Goals are for display/reporting purposes only, they do not impact compliance restrictions.

5. If the funding program allows it, you can set a Rent Restriction Percentage for each layer in the "Restrict %" column.

   • A Rent Restriction Percentage of greater than 100% can be entered.

6. Click Finished to save the changes.
