What information should I collect if I need Bostonpost assistance when reconciling my HAP?

Before reporting a problem reconciling your HAP to Bostonpost Client Support please prepare the following Excel spreadsheet.

To prepare and send this spreadsheet to Bostonpost support:

  1. Click on the above link and select Open.

  2. Fill in all information on the spreadsheet.

  3. Save the spreadsheet to your computer as an Excel (.xls) file.

  4. Contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 requesting assistance reconciling your HAP, and attach the Excel file.
