To Edit the Selected Standard Dashboard Quick Links:

This object allows the user to setup URL links to web sites that are useful to them and spans one-third the Dashboard width.  For example, links can be setup to HUD, USDA, Google, etc.  Clicking once on a link will bring up the defined URL in your default web browser.
