Delete Selected Work Order Transaction

This task is used to delete Transaction Notes for the selected Work Order or Inspection.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• This task is only available when the selected Transaction was added manually with the Add New Work Order Transaction task.  System generated transactions cannot be deleted.

How do you get here?

Work Detail General Information Transactions Delete Selected Work Order Transaction

To delete the selected Transaction Note for the selected Work Order or Inspection:

1. Click OK to delete the transaction

   • Once you click OK, the transaction is gone and cannot be recovered.
