On the Profile tab, you can view vital information from your database. The various sections on this tab provide detailed statistics and usage information. In the Account area, you can view the number of units, sites, and the average number of units per site. In the Certifications area, you can view the certification score, including the compliance burden. In the Users area, you can monitor the number of total users, and in the subsequent fields you can see the total number of users categorized by your security roles.
In the Connection Data area, you can view the number of current active users. In the subsequent fields, you can view data that is tracked by connection days. For example, if a user connects to Property Manager five times in one day, that will count as one connection by the user. If a user connects to Property Manager one time each day for five days, that will count as five connections by the user. In the Reports area, you can view the reports that have been run and viewed the most in your database. In the Payment Data area, you can view the performance of your properties in terms of payments over time.
The subsequent tabs provide more detailed information for the above items. The Profile tab and detail tab pages are meant to give you a quick analysis of the different types of activities that are occurring in your Property Manager database.
