The Amenity Detail

information regarding the amenity selected in the context
bar.
Amenities are items that are rentable or leasable to households living in a community or even to individuals not living in the community. These amenities may include garages, carports, parking spaces, storage units, or mailboxes. You can track occupancy or use of an amenity, maintenance of an amenity, and you can define rent and accounting for gross potential and vacancy for an amenity.
Note
If a household is no longer residing in a unity, but is still renting an amenity, the amenity lease will remain active. They will still be available in the Amenity Context Bar, but will no longer available in the Household Context Bar.
