Add Contract to Funding Program Group

This task is used to add a new contract to a funding program group.

To add a contract to a funding program group, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Community Detail > Contract Tab.

2.         Go to Tasks > Add Contract to Funding Program Group.

3.         On the Select Program Group tab, in the Funding Program Group area, select a funding program group, and then click Next.

4.         On the Select Funding Program tab, review the information, and then click Next.

5.         On the Select Contract tab, in the Choose New Contract Type area, select the new contract type, and then click Next.

6.         On the Contract Detail tab, enter the contract information and select the income layers, and then click Next.

7.         On the Contract Options tab, select one of the following radio buttons:

        Add Another Contract to this Funding Program—Select to add another contract to this funding program.

        Finished Adding Contracts—Select if you do not want to add more contracts to this funding program.

8.         Click Next.

9.         If you selected Add Another Contract to this Funding Program, continue from Step 5.

10.    If you selected Finished Adding Contracts, the Select Unit Contracts tab appears. On this tab, select a contract and layer for each unit participating in the funding program.

11.    Click Finished.
